Is it Bad to be Culturally Catholic?
The phrase "Culturally Catholic" primarily gets used in a negative sense in our world today, often referring to people who were raised Catholic yet haven't had a true interior conversion. There are multiple problems with how we currently use this phrase, and during this talk, I dive into those issues.
There is indeed a culture to Catholicism, and it is a good thing! The Church developed this culture to evangelize and to help us become better disciples of Jesus Christ. This talk will cover what it means to be Catholic and will ignite listeners' love for and devotion to Jesus and His Church.

Greek Night - Being Christian in Greek Life
Greek life is a huge part of many college campuses and campus ministries. Being in a fraternity during college took me further away from God than I had ever been in my life, and it also provided the spark for my conversion during my junior year. I also worked in college ministry for four years, and during that time Greek outreach was an integral part of what I did. Many campus ministries want to better engage their Greek students, and this is the perfect event to do that! I will help you put on a Greek night to ignite your Greek outreach on campus. This event includes a talk I will give and coaching leading up to the event to ensure it is successful.
The Kerygma
What is the core message of the Christian faith? Too often people leave Christianity because they find it too rigid and moralistic, all without truly understanding its most core message. This talk will present the Gospel and the Christian Worldview. We must be deeply convinced and formed by the Gospel message for anything else to take root in our lives.
Catholic Calisthenics
Why do Catholics move so much during mass? What is happening during the mass and why is it so different from other Christian services? Come to a deeper understanding of the beauty and power of the mass and the sacraments and how they can transform your life.
The Primacy of the Family
In his Apostolic Exhortation Familiaris Consortio, On the Role of the Christian Family in the Modern World, Pope John Paul II said that it was addressed in a particular way to young people who are starting their journey towards marriage and family. Much of the talk and formation on families in the Church today gets addressed to people who are already married with families, with very little going towards young people on the path to marriage. I believe St. Pope John Paul II’s vision has been unfulfilled and this talk is specifically designed for young people. Good and vibrant Christian marriages must start before the wedding day.
Catholic Social Teaching
Often called the Church’s “best kept secret” Catholic Social Teaching has the potential to break through the division and bitterness of our current political state. Catholics don’t often realize that in addition to the Church having theological teachings, it also has social teachings about how to best organize society according to Bible principles. This talk will present the beauty of the Church’s social teachings.
Jesus I give you my life… after next weekend
From a very nominal Catholic upbringing, to drifting away from the Church in high school, and then completely abandoning my faith in college as a wild fraternity boy, I share the story of how Jesus Christ completely changed my life. From spending two years in seminary discerning a call to the priesthood, to living in Belgium while getting a masters in theology, to being a missionary on a college campus, everything has since been about Jesus Christ. A mix of history, humor, and storytelling, this is a talk that anyone can relate to and be inspired by.
Impelled by Love
They say the two things you should never talk about at a dinner party are politics and religion. Isn’t religion a personal thing, so shouldn’t I keep my faith between me and Jesus? When you fall in love, you can’t help but talk about that love to other people. Become deeply convicted of the beauty and necessity to spread the Gospel.
The Call to Discipleship
What does it mean to be a disciple of Jesus Christ? Is this something I should be afraid of? Following Jesus as his disciple is the greatest thing we can do with our lives yet people are often intimidated by the idea. This talk will dive into what it means to be a disciple of Jesus and how we can live it out.
Why Be a Saint
Our goal in life should be to become saints, people on fire with their love for Jesus Christ and His Church. Yet most people are unconvinced and put very little thought towards this goal. In this talk, I share 7 reasons why we should all strive to be saints.
How am I supposed to pray?
We are often told that we should pray everyday but rarely taught how to pray. Is prayer just a blessing before meals and the standard prayers we are taught growing up? How am I supposed to have a conversation with someone who I can’t hear speak back to me? What should prayer look like in the life of a Christian? This talk will address these questions and give a convincing and practical guide to starting and maintaining a daily prayer life.
Why do Catholics love Mary so much?
Statues and rosaries and holy cards and one thousand different titles. Catholic devotion to Mary is unique and everyone knows it. So why do Catholics love Mary so much? Why do Catholics have such a deep devotion to Mary? This talk will help shed light on these questions and draw you into a deeper appreciation for Jesus Christ and his mother.
Sex, Love, and Baseball Cards
Let’s talk about sex baby! This talk dives into the truth and beauty about our sexuality and why chastity is a virtue that our hearts ultimately long for.
